We are seeking a Receptionist to join #teamCSSM – A team obsessed with providing world leading health care to our community.

Camberwell Sports & Spinal Medicine is seeking applicants to be part of our reception support team.  Join Lisa, Charli, Cameron, Amy and Hannah, who are the welcoming voices and smiling faces that greet our clientele and the switched on minds that organise the day.

The role is an entry level casual position and probably best suited to someone studying or looking to become involved in a clinic as they forge a career in health.

Experience is not necessary as full training and support will be provided.

We are seeking a person who is keen to learn and thrives on a busy working environment.

The practice is open 7 days a week and this position is targeted at providing some weekend and evening cover.  The expected commitment is between 6 and 15 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Front desk reception
  • Meeting and greeting patients – creating a great first impression
  • Assisting with patient enquiries
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Taking payments
  • Back of house support – Folding linen, general tidying etc.
