We are seeking an enthusiastic Sports Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Camberwell Sports & Spinal Medicine, a multi-disciplinary clinic and leader in sports injury management.
This is a Senior Physiotherapist role with one of Melbourne’s leading multidisciplinary and sports injury clinics.
In this role you will be working within a team that has a 17-year history of delivering health services that goes beyond the industry benchmark. You will be given the opportunity to lead, inspire and progress your ideas with the directive to initiate and grow new programmes.
In addition to their clinical load, in this position the successful applicant will combine with fellow CSSM Senior Physiotherapist Caroline Szafranski to co-ordinate our clinical mentoring program for the physiotherapy team. The role will best fit someone willing to support and develop our emerging team of physiotherapists, as well as continuing to expand their own clinical skills with a busy caseload.
The position would be best matched to a titled Sports Physiotherapist or someone undertaking their Masters in Sports Physiotherapy who displays excellent diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills.
The ability to teach, lead and inspire others is a key requirement for the successful appointee.
Part time hours can be negotiated at the time of employment. Involvement in our Clinical Pilates program as part of your case load would be welcomed but is not essential. 2-3 mentoring hours weekly will be a part of your role. Hours will be flexible so this role will be suitable for someone with outside sporting club involvement.
