Pilates



Pilates practice involves stretches and dynamic exercises designed to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body.

Regular practice improves overall body awareness, posture, flexibility, balance and muscle control, which allows the body to move freely and efficiently during daily activities, occupation and sports.

Our Pilates classes include a range of techniques, with the use of reformer machines, trapeze and mat work exercises customised to your needs.

Our instructors guide patients through a series of stretches and exercises, ensuring movements are preformed correctly and provide exercises which can be undertaken with little or no equipment at home.

Classes are either one on one or small group classes and are available 7 days per week. As sessions are conducted by our team of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Myotherapists classes may be claimed on your health insurance extras cover.
